About hotel
Sephia Hotel sits in the heart of Tbilisi's Vera district, in a building the family raised from the ground up in 2018. The name isn't a marketing flourish. It belongs to our great grandmother Sephia, whose warmth and generosity as a host became something of a local legend. We built this hotel to carry that spirit forward, one guest at a time.
You're close to everything from here. Tbilisi Concert Hall is a two minute walk, about 200 meters away, and Heroes Square and Vere Park are both under 500 meters. Tbilisi Zoo is roughly 650 meters from the front door. The Opera and Ballet Theatre and Rustaveli Theatre are each about 1.5 kilometers, an easy stroll through the neighbourhood. Tbilisi International Airport is around 16 kilometers away.
Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, free WiFi, and its own balcony, and our top floor room opens onto a massive private terrace with a view over the whole city. Guests are welcome to join our yoga sessions, and to spend a slow morning in our large garden. Parking is free and onsite, which makes Sephia a natural choice for anyone travelling to Tbilisi by car.
Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, in Georgian, Russian, and English, so however you arrive, someone will be there to help you settle in.
